This page is dedicated in honor of Kathy Buchner, one of the original
South Bay Champions who helped develop our Champion group into what it is today.
Kathy passed away in December and is missed both as a valued friend and volunteer.
Kathy
had many friends and relatives who know that we named a South Bay Champion puppy for her
but they are not in a position to see him often. This online scrapbook will enable
them to check in on Buchner whenever and from wherever they are.
If you notice that the puppy raisers change several times during the year, don't be
concerned. Buchner is a great pup. He is being co-raised by 3 to 4 puppy raisers and this
was planned from the beginning.
Buchner was born on
October 20, 1998 and was one of nine puppies.
